We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Account Manager/Supervisor to manage key global Consumer Packaged Goods client.
Reports to: VP, Client Services
Location: Bethesda, MD
- Minimum of 4 years as a direct marketing oronline marketing Senior Account Manager or minimum of 5-8 years relevant industry experience.
- Familiar with consumer relationship management applications and promotions.
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of Internet/interactive marketing, including campaign conceptualization, ability to provide creative direction, and knowledge of campaign optimization and tracking.
- Direct marketing and/or CRM experience highly desired. Ability to develop and execute sound, relevant direct marketing strategies in coordination with account team while developing strategic ways to increase marketing activity.
- Sound analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Experience with analysis techniques including the ability to create, analyze and report on ROI, CPM, and program metrics; Must be able to analyze results throughout marketing campaigns and making adjustments to any of the above.
- Strong tactical skills required, including project management, scheduling and asset management.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm and motivate strategic thinking
- Tolerance/desire for working in a rapidly changing environment
- Developed management, leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and impact the quality of a client's work within all company functions
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand marketplace dynamics, product strategy and business implications for the company
- Highly ambitious, with clear sense of goals and objectives
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and be an individual contributor on a variety of tasks
- Organized and able to handle several projects concurrently
- Proficient with Internet technologies and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
MBA degree desirable but not required.

The position will require a sr database administrator with a high degree of responsibility and self-motivation maintain our Oracle Database systems and provide development to support incremental business needs. This position will be located in our Bethesda, MD offices. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal operations of databases running on Oracle supporting our data warehouse and our email management systems. You will have an excellent understanding of oracle 8i and 10g and standard system tools used to maintain them. You will need to have a solid working knowledge of database development tool and techniques to support future business needs. You will need experience working with ETL (Informatica) setting up workflows for list loads & export data. You will work with as part of engineering to support new releases and development projects. You will monitor performance of scripts and maintenance activities on db servers and respond to problems. You will do periodic maintanance archiving old data, rebuilding indexes, and running scripts for more complex maintenance processes. You will be responsible to maintain database backups, disaster recovery documents and processes to ensure rapid recovery of catastrophic failures. You will do performance profiling and identify bottlenecks or performance issues, and work with engineering to eliminate these issues. This position will be on call via pager and/or cell phone alerts and you will need to respond to these alerts 7x24 with an expected response time of 15 minutes.
LOCATION: Bethesda, Md QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years working with the SQL database management in a production environment.
- 3+ years working with Oracle doing DBA and Development work. Experience doing development work with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working with ETL (informatica).
- Familiarity with Windows & Linux environments, able to get around and use the operating systems comfortably.
- Basic system administration capabilities, including starting & stopping processes, installing databases, working with disk storage, and automation.
- Experience with shell scripting and process automation for monitoring and routine tasks.
- Must be very responsible and work well under pressure in mission critical production environments.
- Will be required to carry a pager and cell phone and be available 7x24.
- Good communications skills and the ability to work with others as a team are a must.
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Database management, development or equivalent certifications are a plus

The Copywriter works closely with designers, art directors and other copywriters to conceive and create concepts for
interactive marketing media (including Web sites, banner advertisements, direct e-mails and other online marketing initiatives).
Working in the Creative Department, the Copywriter is capable of grasping communication challenges and devising imaginative solutions.
Other attributes include a well-rounded knowledge of the Web, as well as thorough familiarity with leading trends in usability,
online marketing and consumer products advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with creative team members to determine the conceptual and copy direction of branding and advertising initiatives
- Working with art directors and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
- Interacting with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
- Translating creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
- Maintaining high standards of copywriting and exercising quality control on all copy
Required Skills:
- A degree or diploma in English, journalism, communications or a related field
- At least 2 years experience as a copywriter in an agency environment (including experience with interactive media and direct marketing), preferably with consumer products clients.
- A keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of Web trends and technologies
- A strong understanding of marketing (especially direct marketing) and advertising principles
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
- Sound understanding of graphic design and a keen appreciation of the interplay between textual and visual elements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to analyze and solve real time problems pertaining to online promotion systems
- Software development experience in programming languages such as Java, Coldfusion, Javascript, Perl

Under the general direction of management, provide scoping, planning, management and oversight of
the technical execution and timely delivery of client related projects and internal projects.
Position will involve coordinating efforts between the Engineering team, the Network Operations team, the Client Services team and to some extent externally with the client.
Primary purpose of this position is to plan and manage the delivery of technology solutions to clients. Responsibilities includes, full understanding of our technology offerings, based on our existing technologies, technical scoping, systems and project planning, estimating, implementation and ongoing support.
Salary Range: up to 105K
Reports To: VP, Client Services
Major Duties and Responsibilities Summary:
- Full and detailed understanding of our technology offerings and its technical details.
- Ability to discuss and document client technical needs.
- Ability to provide direction to clients regarding possible implementation of their requirements using our technology.
- Ability to scope and document the implementation requirement given our technology offerings for use by our internal teams.
- Ability to make a final technical and execution plan after consultation and feedback from internal teams.
- Ability to create high quality documents detailing technical execution details and delivery schedules.
- Ability to manage the delivery schedule and coordinate among internal teams.
- Provide oversight of involved staff via project plans, internal controls, and general supervision; assign, monitor, and evaluate the project development and activities of teams.
- Develop, monitor and maintain documentation and procedural standards.
- Consult with user departments and make recommendations concerning feasibility studies, system designs, and implementation strategy.
- Monitor and control all phases of project support in order to assure accuracy, timeliness, and effective use of resources.
- Prepare detailed specifications.
- Analyze and revise existing systems as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10 years experience in project management and/or and 5-10 years experience in IT Project Management; PMP certification a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline
- Demonstrated expert in Microsoft Project, PERT Analysis, Earned Analysis and project management methodology and one or more system development lifecycles.
- Track record of successfully delivering both small and large, enterprise projects.
- Excellent project management, communication and follow-through skills.
- Knowledge of managerial, technical and operational principles of current generation information technology.
- Ability to analyze business situations and information systems, and to formulate and apply information technology solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage Client expectations.
- Able to interact effectively with client and internal staff to gain agreement on requirements.
- Provide concise, clear executive level communication in all forms.
- Prepare and present project updates.
- Present effectively at executive levels.
- Proficient in techniques of negotiation with client, third party, and internal organizations.
